We do not provide information on dosing or usage protocols. The nature of our activity (sale of research-only materials) precludes providing such information. For medical questions, please consult a physician.

All products are verified by HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) and reach a purity of ≥99%. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available for every batch. Details of the quality control system are described on the Quality page.

The recommended storage of peptides is 2–8°C, away from light and moisture. The lyophilizate (powder) withstands short-term transport at ambient temperature and does not require a cold chain — therefore we ship as standard, at ambient temperature. After reconstitution, the material is used in accordance with the specification.

Labels contain identification data only: chemical name, mass, CAS number, purity, batch number (LOT), manufacturing date (MFG), expiry date (EXP) and storage conditions. Labels contain no usage information or any consumer-facing language.

Our products are intended for scientists, university laboratories, independent research units and entities conducting research. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they are purchasing the materials for research purposes only and have the appropriate qualifications to handle them.

The standard processing time is 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. We ship on business days, at ambient temperature.

Due to the nature of the product (integrity of the primary packaging and the batch), research materials may be returned only in the cases provided for in the Returns Policy and in the event of a defective delivery. Details are in the Legal Center.

We provide the COA for a specific batch to the buyer after the order is placed. For enquiries from institutional clients before ordering, please contact us with the material and batch details.

Yes. Institutional clients may commission independent batch validation by an accredited external laboratory. A control sample can be made available on request. Please contact us to discuss the details.
