Information for individual consumers
The purepoint.pl store does not sell to individual consumers
Thank you for your interest in PUREPOINT Supply. The materials offered in the purepoint.pl store are research-grade and intended solely for analytical, scientific and research applications under in vitro conditions. The store operates exclusively for Qualified Buyers — scientific and research institutions, laboratories, scientists with institutional affiliation, and entrepreneurs conducting research and development activity.
Qualified Buyer status is defined by the § 4 Regulaminu Sklepu. Consumers within the meaning of Art. 22(1) of the Civil Code who do not meet the requirements of § 4 of the Terms cannot conclude a sales contract through the Store.
Why do we apply this restriction?
The products offered in the Store are research-grade chemical materials whose use requires laboratory knowledge, appropriate technical conditions and compliance with applicable regulations on the possession and use of research materials. The products are not medicinal products, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices — they are not intended for consumption or use by humans or animals for any purpose.
The full rationale for the Operator's legal position can be found in the Zastrzeżeniu Badawczym and the Informacji o Zgodności.
What can I do if I have medical questions?
For questions of a medical nature, concerning the use of specific substances in humans or for therapeutic purposes, please consult a qualified physician. The Store Operator does not provide medical advice or information on the use of the Products in humans.

If you conduct, or intend to start, research and development, academic or laboratory activity, you can obtain Qualified Buyer status by creating a business account (VAT ID) or an academic account (student ID, ORCID, institutional affiliation). Full requirements can be found in § 4 of the Terms.
